What is ReadThisNow?
ReadThisNow is a live online readers' advice
service. Professional librarians equipped with all the resources available
at your library (both print and digital) are available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week to answer your questions and assist you in finding
information about books and reading. Once logged on, you and a librarian engage in a "chat" session
that features co-browsing capabilities. You can watch and participate as
librarians skillfully navigate the Internet to find answers to
your questions.
At the conclusion of each ReadThisNow session, you will receive a complete
transcript of your session via email that includes links to all Internet
resources shared during that session.

answers anytime to any question. ReadThisNow is here to help you find what
you are looking for.
The ReadThisNow service can be accessed
from your participating library's Web site or simply by going to www.ReadThisNow.net.
Service providers are answering your questions from one of many ReadThisNow
provider locations such as the
Cleveland Public Library and CLEVNET member libraries
are waiting to assist you. After hours, librarians from the Library Systems
& Services Company respond to all customer questions.
ReadThisNow is available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.
Cleveland Public Library, and the individual
members of CLEVNET libraries established ReadThisNow to provide timely,
authoritative answers to factual questions, and to provide guidance in
conducting personal research using the World Wide Web, library-provided
databases, and the Libraries’ collections.
